Abstract
Objective
To investigate the difference between gastric cancer samples without helicobacter pylori infection and gastric cancer samples infected with helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer samples.
Methods
Data of gastric cancer gene expression(MRNA)in TCGA database were extracted.According to the presence or absence of helicobacter pylori infection in gastric cancer samples, the samples were divided into two groups. The expression data was compared by edgeR algorithm and the differential genes were obtained. And then the two groups of different genes were analyzed by enrichment. Finally, the results of enrichment analysis were compared between the two groups to find the difference between the gastric cancer samples without helicobacter pylori infection and the gastric cancer samples infected with helicobacter pylori infection.
Results
The KEGG database showed that there were significant differences in metabolic pathways, protein digestion and uptake, fat digestion and uptake, gastric acid secretion, pancreatic secretion, cAMP signaling pathway, and vascular smooth muscle contraction in gastric cancer samples without helicobacter pylori infection(P<0.000 01). There was a significant difference in the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction with gastric cancer samples with helicobacter pylori infection(P<0.000 01).
Conclusion
Helicobacter pylori infection promotes the abnormalities of cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions. There may be two different gastric cancer, respectively, for the metabolic pathway, protein digestion and absorption, fat digestion and absorption, gastric acid secretion, pancreatic secretion, cAMP signaling pathway, vascular smooth muscle contraction and cytokine-cytokine receptor Interaction has an impact.
