Abstract
目的 提高对甲状腺透明变梁状肿瘤（HTT）的认识，掌握其诊断和治疗。 方法 回顾性分析2019年5月兰州大学第一医院收治的1例HTT患者的临床资料，并进行文献复习。 结果 该患者主要临床表现为颈部肿物渐进性增大、胸闷、气短等，入院行左侧甲状腺切除术，其病理及免疫组织化学证实为HTT伴微小乳头状癌。 结论 HTT是一种具有潜在低度恶性的甲状腺肿瘤，最大特点是具有小梁状的玻璃样变性，外科手术是主要治疗手段。甲状腺透明质小梁瘤1例报告及文献复习
