Abstract

Objective To change the deficiencies of the traditional performance evaluation model based on financial performance, give full play to the potential of hospital scientific research in the exploration of medical resources in hospital, improve the long-term development ability of hospital, and explore a new performance evaluation system of hospital scientific research. 基于平衡计分卡的医院科研绩效评价体系研究

目的改变基于财务绩效的传统绩效评价模式的不足，充分发挥医院科研在医院医疗资源开发中的潜力，提高医院的长远发展能力，探索一种新的医院科研绩效评价体系。方法采用文献综述与实践分析相结合的方法，对研究型绩效评价体系与传统医院绩效评价体系的优势和特点进行比较研究。结果基于平衡计分卡理论的医院科研绩效评价体系与医院科研的动态过程维度相匹配。结论基于平衡计分卡的医院绩效评价体系能够改变以往僵化的科研绩效评价，实现动态的、全过程的管理模式，更好地调动医务人员的科研积极性。关键词:平衡计分卡;绩效管理体系;医院
