Abstract

We give necessary and sufficient conditions for a Kähler equivariant resolution of a Kähler cone, with the resolution satisfying one of a number of auxiliary conditions, to admit a unique asymptotically conical (AC) expanding gradient Kähler-Ricci soliton.
