The research approach is qualitative, it is field descriptive, the technique is documentary and the method of systematization is of educational experience. The instrument for data collection is the Socio-Community Linking Format . The sample is of intentional type, it includes 2518 participants trained through courses, workshops, forums, diplomas and projects; 450 institutions, including universities, tourism service providers, communities, tourism professionals and entrepreneurs at the national and international level. Abstract
