Abstract

In recent years, many countries, especially after the increase in population and agricultural land, suffered from a freshwater shortage. This research obtained the positive role of using biotransformation processes to treat contaminated water and reuse it in agriculture. The results indicated that bioremediation of wastewater by using "bacterial consortium” has a positive effect on reducing some biological and non-biological pollutants.
