With the use of this theoretical tool, together with an anthropological approach to organizations, the author aims to describe three main organizations of student movement, namely the ZSP, NZS and PSRP, as well as the movement’s goals, resources, personnel, language and values. The comparison is made against the background of ongoing transformation.
