Statistical analysis was performed with Wilcoxon test by SPSS 22. Findings The levels of IL-17and IL-21 in patient serum after immunotherapy were significantly decreased (p<0.05). Supernatant of cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells after immunotherapy showed a low level of IL-21 (p<0.04), while this change was not significant for interleukin 17 (p=0.13).
