Abstract

RESUMEN En este articulo se ofrece informacion basica sobre control, regulacion, feedback, redundancia y recompensa en la comunicacion humana. Si se pretende actuar con eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad en la relacion interpersonal, ocasionalo intencionada, es ineludible conocer las caracteristicas que ofrecemos de estos procesos.
