Abstract

本文以“情感—理性—卷入度”模型为基础,面向城市居民检验绿色低碳信息对提升其绿色低碳行为态度与行为水平的作用路径和效果,以期为引导公众践行绿色低碳行为、构建绿色低碳生活方式的信息传播与社会倡导优化提供实证参考。研究发现,政策与知识信息、行动反馈信息与社交示范信息等三类关键的绿色低碳信息主要通过激发个体生成积极正面的情感体验,改善公众对绿色低碳行为的态度。基于理性与情感两种认知机制形成的公众对信息质量的评价在此过程中发挥中介作用。绿色低碳行为态度的提升会促进公众践行绿色低碳行为,私人领域的绿色低碳实践还会促进公众在公共领域中参与更广泛的绿色低碳行动。
情感驱动的公众参与:基于ARI模型的城市居民低碳行为促进机制实证研究
This article is based on the "Emotion Rationality Entanglement Degree" model and examines the role and effectiveness of green and low-carbon information in improving urban residents' attitudes and levels of green and low-carbon behavior. The aim is to provide empirical reference for guiding the public to practice green and low-carbon behavior, constructing green and low-carbon lifestyle information dissemination, and optimizing social advocacy. Research has found that three key types of green and low-carbon information, namely policy and knowledge information, action feedback information, and social demonstration information, mainly stimulate individuals to generate positive emotional experiences and improve public attitudes towards green and low-carbon behavior. The evaluation of information quality by the public based on two cognitive mechanisms of rationality and emotion plays a mediating role in this process. The improvement of attitudes towards green and low-carbon behavior will promote the public to practice green and low-carbon behavior, and private green and low-carbon practices will also promote public participation in a wider range of green and low-carbon actions in the public sector.
