Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the function of psychological safety as a mediator in the connection between servant leadership and voice behavior (promotive and prohibitive). Psychological safety partially mediates (beta value of IV-DV reduced to 0.505) and positively impacts the servant leadership.
