Determining the needs of nursing students and faculty is essential to the process of developing an effective course design for students leading to valuable content delivery and achievement of student outcomes. The purposes of this study were: (1) to measure attitudes toward online course design, (2) to compare online course delivery with instructor involvement, and (3) to determine changes to online courses. Abstract
