In order for user education to be conveyed properly, the library needs to determine what methods are used effective to distributing the user education material. Abstract

This study aims to determine which methods are considered to be the most effective in implementing user education. The method used in this study is quantitative with descriptive analysis carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of the Library and Information Science study program at the University of Education of Indonesia (UPI) class of 2017. In order for user education to be conveyed properly, the library needs to determine what methods are used effective to distributing the user education material. The results obtained based on the survey that had been carried out were that the user education method that was considered the most effective for use in college libraries was the library tour method.
