Abstract

The typical milk candy of Toluca, Mexico, has a history of more than 120 years; however, faced with the pressures of globalization and the arrival of foreign products, these have experienced displacement and loss of competitiveness in the market. For this reason, the need arose to know if tourism can help the valuation of this product, the analysis based on the methodology link 2.0 and the Methodological Guide for the Analysis of Chains.
