For this reason, the need arose to know if tourism can help the valuation of this product, the analysis based on the methodology link 2.0 and the Methodological Guide for the Analysis of Chains. Through the value chain, five candies were selected because they had the next characteristics: identity, historical, territorial context, external forces that influence it, know-how and artisan.
