The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results show that morphological process of the words pembelajar and pebelajar are formed by giving prefix peN- on the basic form of belajar (verb). These two words are categorized as an agentive one-two in pairs. The first agentive acts as an ordinate, while the second agentive acts as an sub-ordinates. On the other hand, the word pemelajar is formed by the process of prefixing peN- on the basic form of pelajar (noun). Besides, semantically, the word pembelajar means as a person who gives learning to students, and the word pebelajar is a person who receive learning. While the word pemelajar, semantically, it does not has a clear concept of meaning. Abstract
