In this paper, Phase-only Correlation (POC) and Band-limited Phase Only Correlation (BLPOC) has been proposed for ear recognition. The phase information has been obtained by calculating similarity between input and query ear image using 2D-Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) and auto correlation function. Finally the phase-based on image matching have being success implemented for human ear recognition endeavor. Abstract
