At present, the treatments of MLL-rearranged leukemia are combined chemotherapy and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The survival rate has been improved, but the outcomes and prognosis of most MLL-rearrangement leukemia are not excellent. Targeted therapy and immunotherapy are expected to become new treatments for the disease, which improve prognosis and survival rate. Abstract

MLL-rearranged leukemia is caused by rearrangement of the MLL gene located on chromosome 11q23, which is one of the common types in childhood leukemia. It can be clinically manifested as acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome, and treatment-related leukemia. 儿童mll重排白血病的治疗进展
