Abstract

In recent years, it has been completed extensive research on the negative impact on natural ecosystems of Taimyr by the companies of Norilsk Industrial Region (NIR). Especially versatile and indepth research, since 2001, conducted scientists of V. N. Sukachev Institute of Forest, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IF SB RAS), summarizing the results of their research in special theme issue of the Sibirskii Ekologicheskii Zhurnal (Sib.
