Abstract

Le chondrosarcome est un des cancers primitifs des os les plus fréquents chez les adultes âgés de plus de 50 ans. Il est plus souvent localisé au niveau des os longs comme le fémur, le tibia et l’humérus. Nous rapportons le cas d’un chondrosarcome chez une patiente jeune âgée de 16 ans. Le tableau clinique était une tuméfaction douloureuse de l’arrière-pied évoluant depuis huit mois. L’imagerie (radiographie standard, tomodensitométrie et IRM) avait orienté le diagnostic. L’examen anatomopathologique de la biopsie de la tumeur avait confirmé le diagnostic et l’indication d’une amputation de jambe retenue.

软骨肉瘤是50岁以上成年人最常见的原发性骨癌之一，多见于股骨、胫骨和肱骨等长骨。我们报道了一名16岁的年轻患者软骨肉瘤，临床表现为后脚疼痛肿胀，持续了8个月。影像学检查(标准x线摄影、计算机断层扫描和核磁共振成像)指导诊断。肿瘤活检的解剖病理学检查证实了诊断和保留腿截肢的适应症。
