By\nunderstanding the real issue, the use of these lean assembling devices and their advantages were inspected. Earlier it\nwas around 210 items for each day once in the day of actualizing the lean tools it was around 280 every day. The\nefficiency has increased by 25%. In like manner, the adjusting balancing loss was decreased by 35%.
