Abstract
The authors propose a scientific method of proactive motivation of staff, first applied in a public institution through the introduction of turquoise technologies of work organization. The purpose of the study was to prove the effectiveness of "turquoise" offices within the civil service. As a result of the experiment, the increased return from each employee is clearly shown, as well as an increase in the quality of work due to the increased diligence and responsibility of motivated employees.
