Abstract

In this study, we investigated the electrochemical modification of a gold electrode using poly(L-phenylalanine) and its applicability for the quantification of resveratrol (RESV). The gold electrode was modified with L-phenylalanine employing cyclic voltammetry (CV) in aqueous solution.
