Results: The COVID-19 pandemic decrease men’s mental health because it worsened the history of personal, affective, family, occupational, dysfunctional and/or morbid problems, causing consequences of psychic somatization, family dissolution, end of affective relationship, marital conflicts, social isolation, financial difficulty, vulnerability of the work situation and occupational exhaustion, sudden changes in behavior, barriers in access to health care and impaired experiences of death and grief. Abstract

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze, from the perspective of self-report of antecedents and consequences, how the COVID-19 pandemic decrease the health of men living in Brazil. Methods: Qualitative study, conducted with 200 men living in all regions of Brazil through the application of a semi-structured instrument, hosted on an online platform. 新冠肺炎大流行降低男性心理健康:背景与后果分析
摘要目的:从前因和后果自我报告的角度分析新冠肺炎疫情如何降低巴西男性的健康水平。方法:通过应用在线平台上托管的半结构化工具,对生活在巴西所有地区的200名男性进行定性研究。数据分析采用集体主体话语法,并以辩证唯物史观为理论框架。结果:新冠肺炎大流行降低了男性的心理健康,因为它恶化了个人、情感、家庭、职业、功能障碍和/或病态问题的历史,导致心理躯体化、家庭解体、情感关系结束、婚姻冲突、社会孤立、经济困难、工作环境脆弱和职业衰竭的后果,行为的突然变化、获得医疗保健的障碍以及死亡和悲伤的受损体验。结论:需要加强社会支持网络,以最大限度地减少疫情物质性对心理健康和受影响生活各个方面造成的直接和间接影响。
