The surgery was performed to restore the anatomical characteristics of natural double eyelids as far as possible. \n \n \nResults \nThe double eyelid surgery was designed and performed in 162 cases based on this method. All the patients underwent suture removal 7 days after operation, none of them had postoperative infection, and 15 patients had the bruising during the first week. After symptomatic treatment, the bruising had gone in 1 month. All the cases were followed up for more than six months postoperatively, and eight cases presented shallow double eyelid and the satisfactory results were achieved after the second operation of small incision. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe double-eyelid line should be designed individually before operation and the surgery done according to the natural characteristics of Asian upper eyelid. Abstract

Objective To discuss one double-eyelid surgery which is conformed to the anatomy characteristics of the asian upper eyelid. 162例双眼皮成形术疗效分析

目的探讨一种符合亚洲人上睑解剖特点的双眼皮手术。方法对162例患者行双眼皮成形术，年龄19 ~ 33岁，平均24.22±3.05岁，其中男性28例，女性134例。双眼皮线条是根据求美者眉毛和眼睛的整体特征，结合审美标准而设计的。手术的目的是尽可能恢复自然双眼皮的解剖特征。结果根据该方法设计并实施了162例双眼皮手术。所有患者均于术后第7天拔除缝线，无一例发生术后感染，第1周有15例出现瘀伤。经对症治疗，1个月后瘀伤消失。所有病例术后随访6个月以上，8例出现浅双眼皮，经第二次小切口手术后均取得满意效果。结论术前应单独设计双眼皮线，并根据亚洲人上眼睑的自然特点进行手术。术后双眼皮轮廓清晰，切除边缘无明显疤痕和凹陷，满意率高。关键词:美学;眼睑整容术;双眼皮成形术;上眼睑;Epicanthal折叠
