Other findings showed that attitude and subjective norms control faculty members’ behavioural intention to use e-learning. Abstract

This descriptive-analytical study was conducted to evaluate the effect of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing on the use of e-learning. Data were evaluated by using a questionnaire designed by the researchers, the components of which were based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The research population included faculty members, and the research sample was selected based on Morgan’s Table.
