{"title":"Research on the homogenization training path of emergency nursing skills in medical community mode","authors":"Li Yan, Hua-sheng Yang, Tianquan Wu","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1008-6706.2020.05.029","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"目的 \n探讨在医联体模式下急救技能同质化培训路径的应用效果。 \n \n \n方法 \n选择绍兴市柯桥区中医医院湖塘、柯岩、夏履三家医联体分院护士39名为观察对象,成立急救技能培训管理小组,设计急救技能同质化培训路径,根据路径严格落实培训,运用PDCA工具进行质量监控,不断完善,实施后评价效果,比较同质化培训路径前后的效果。 \n \n \n结果 \n湖塘、柯岩、夏履三家医联体分院护士经过同质化培训,急救药物知识知晓评分[(92.6±5.3)分、(94.5±5.2)分、(92.0±3.4)分]、急救流程知晓评分[(94.6±4.2)分、(89.5±4.8)分、(94.0±3.8)分]、应急流程知晓评分[(95.4±3.9)分、(89.1±4.1)分、(93.0±3.5)分]、团队配合评分[(90.3±1.2)分、(90.5±3.1)分、(86.4±2.5)分]均显著提高,与培训前差异均有统计学意义(t=-8.583、-8.583、-10.914,-8.744、-12.091、-6.260、-6.188、-7.366、-16.645,-13.856、-11.916、-12.112,均P<0.05);急救技术操作合格率、急救药品耗材完好率、急救设备完好率均为100.0%,与培训前差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。 \n \n \n结论 \n急救技能同质化培训路径能有效提升医联体各分院急救水平和应急能力,值得在医联体内应用和推广。","PeriodicalId":10226,"journal":{"name":"中国基层医药","volume":"27 1","pages":"633-636"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"0","resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":null,"PeriodicalName":"中国基层医药","FirstCategoryId":"3","ListUrlMain":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1008-6706.2020.05.029","RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":null,"ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":null,"EPubDate":"","PubModel":"","JCR":"","JCRName":"","Score":null,"Total":0}
