During a visual examination of the skin, epidermolysis bullosa was suspected. The patient was assigned a genetic study to confirm the diagnosis. \nConclusion. Children suffering from perioral dermatitis should be under the medical supervision of a dermatologist, pediatrician. It is also undesirable to use external glucocorticosteroids in the treatment of this nosology. Abstract
Purpose. To present a case of granulomatous perioral dermatitis
