The sample used in this study consisted of 4 groups of BeWo cells that received a combination of MTX and nanocurcumin, and 2 other groups for positive and negative control. Results: There was a decrease in telomerase activity, NF-κ B expression, and BrdU proliferation index in the 4 treatment groups compared to the negative and positive control group (p ≤ 0.05).
