Results also indicated that long range time management behavior has a positive impact on employee work performance in NPOs. Similarly, our findings demonstrated that employee time management attitude is strongly linked to their performance in NPOs. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this work is to analyze the effect of time management behaviors on work performance of humanitarian services of non-for-profit organizations (NPOs) in Ghana.
