Then, using the failure factor analysis method, their effects were evaluated, and critical risks were identified. In the next step, Fuzzy TOPSIS hierarchical analysis method was used to prioritize critical risks according to the project objectives in accordance with the PMBOK project management standard. Abstract

Economic growth in developing countries requires the implementation of infrastructural projects such as power plants, the sustainability of which plays an important role in the social, economic, and environmental development.
