It would have been interesting to have learned more about this important topic, and how the Katu in New Kandon understood attempts by some to promote Katu literacy. Ultimately, however, there is much to celebrate in Projectland, and I highly recommend it for those who want to learn more about how ethnic minorities interact with nation-building efforts in rural Laos.
