Abstract

We present a player rating system for One-Day International (ODI) cricket using the Modified Duckworth-Lewis (MDL) model. We used ball-by-ball data of 1764 uninterrupted ODI matches played from Jan-2004 to Jun-2021 to estimate model parameters.
