It has been synthesized and reacted with hydrazine hydrate to produce4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl 2-hydrazinylacetate (H3).Schiff Bases Compound (H4) is synthesized by reacting the compound (H3) with P-hydroxy benzaldehyde, then reacted(H4) with sodium azide, mercaptoacetic acid, chloroacetyl chloride and anhydrides such as (3- nitro phathalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, succinic anhydride) which produced tetrazole(H5), thiazolidinone (H6), β–Lactam (H7), and Oxazepine Compounds(H8-H10) respectively. The prepared derivatives have been identified by FT-IR, 1HNMR. Abstract

ABSTRACT 7-Hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin(H1) compound have been synthesized by resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate reaction. 4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl 2-chloroacetate(H2) is highly reactive compounds. It has been used as intermediate in some reactions. It has been synthesized and reacted with hydrazine hydrate to produce4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yl 2-hydrazinylacetate (H3).Schiff Bases Compound (H4) is synthesized by reacting the compound (H3) with P-hydroxy benzaldehyde, then reacted(H4) with sodium azide, mercaptoacetic acid, chloroacetyl chloride and anhydrides such as (3- nitro phathalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, succinic anhydride) which produced tetrazole(H5), thiazolidinone (H6), β–Lactam (H7), and Oxazepine Compounds(H8-H10) respectively. 新型7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素杂环衍生物的合成、表征及其抗氧化活性研究
摘要采用间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯反应合成了7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素(H1)化合物。4-甲基-2-氧- 2h -铬-7-基-2-氯乙酸酯(H2)是一种高活性化合物。它在一些反应中用作中间体。合成并与水合肼反应生成4-甲基-2-氧- 2h -铬-7-基2-肼乙酸酯(H3)。以化合物(H3)与对羟基苯甲醛反应合成希夫碱化合物(H4),再与叠氮化钠、巯基乙酸、氯乙酰氯和(3-硝基苯二酸酐、马来酸酐、丁二酸酐)等酸酐反应(H4),分别得到四唑(H5)、噻唑烷酮(H6)、β -内酰胺(H7)和恶氮平化合物(H8-H10)。制备的衍生物经FT-IR、1HNMR鉴定。其中一些化合物已因其抗氧化活性而被筛选。
