Abstract

This paper highlights an affirmed idea of positive association between job satisfaction (JS) and emotional intelligence (EI) on organizational commitment (OC). It explains higher job accomplishment, greater leadership abilities and advocacy of the organization for those members of staff who possess higher JS and EI. The investigation of this paper presents a case study which was performed as a list of questions for 100 employees working for a very prestigious Arab Bank situated in Jordan.
