Abstract
A 3-year-old girl with facial and oral features suggestive of orofacial digital syndrome Type II (Mohr syndrome) is reported. Panoramic radiograph indicated oligodontia with only two permanent first molar tooth buds present. She also presented meso-axial polydactyly of the left hand, a feature commonly observed in orofacial digital syndromes (OFDS) VI (Varadi Papp syndrome) and talipes equinus. Talipes equines or club foot deformity is characteristic of OFDS IV. Therefore, this patient showed overlapping features of OFDS II, IV, and VI.
