Abstract
Nonspecific orbital inflammation (NSOI), or orbital pseudo tumor, represents a set of benign inflammatory diseases that affect the orbital area. It is considered a differential diagnosis of a variety of orbital injuries and it can also be interpreted as exclusion diagnosis. The majority of the cases are unilateral without gender predilection.
