Children were found to have moderate to severe level of psychosocial functional impairment. No statistically significant mean difference was found between the CGAS scores and socio-environmental and clinical variables. Abstract
ABSTRACT The present Retrospective Chart Review aimed to study the psychosocial functioning, clinical and socio-environmental profile of children with severe mental illness (SMI). The correlation and parametric testing were performed to find the relationship and difference among the variables. A total of 69 individual case files were reviewed, and Children’s Global Assessment Scale (CGAS) was used to rate the current global level of functioning.
