Aportes a la enseñanza-aprendizaje del derecho de la Revista Pedagogía Universitaria y Didáctica del Derecho

Abstract

The present study analyzes the contributions in the teaching-learning process of law by the Pedagogy University and Law Didactics Journal through the articles published on its portal from 2014 to 2019. Sixty-four articles have been selected and analyzed which deal with the topic regarding the following categories: paradigm and curricular approach, strategies in teaching, research, communication skills, teaching of releasing, art in teaching, assessment, IT, human rights, and creativity. The ones that have more prevalence are those strategies on teaching law that responds to the nature of the journal; with less presence some categories are such as evaluation and creativity
