Lapalissíada e vigarices

Abstract

Two short prose poems signed by Manuel Bandeira are based on the proposed intervention: “Noturno da Rua da Lapa”, from Libertinagem (1930), and “O Desmemoriado de Vigario Geral”, from Estrela da Manha (1936). Thinking with them and from them, hand in hand to the poet my aim is to approach the polar tension between a beyond and a bellow of senses. Or, still, between poetic and critical gestures of remission and omission.
