Before the migration, there was a trial of different content management systems (CMS), a student usability study, and consultations with outside web and systems librarians to acquire better insight on their experiences migrating a library website and their familiarity with the different CMS trialed. The evaluation process, website design, and usability study began before the pandemic and the global shift to remote services. However, despite this shift, the timeline for the migration was not altered and the migration was completed as planned. Abstract
