The survey of 100 IT employees had taken to complete the survey, the structured survey instrument was been used to fulfill the need of the required data for the study. The IBM SPSS Statistics 20 tool has been used for the study, the Chi square and Student T Test had been done to statistically analyze the collected data through questionnaires. Abstract

Abstract The concept of employing Green HRM strategies and practices at workplace are gaining importance and influencing the working behavior of employees at large.
