Abstract

脑卒中专科护士早期康复护理在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

Objective: To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing led by stroke specialist nurses in patients with ischemic stroke. Method: 120 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group of 60 cases and an observation group of 60 cases. The control group received routine nursing care for ischemic stroke; The observation group implemented an early rehabilitation nursing model led by stroke specialist nurses. Compare the degree of neurological impairment, daily living activity, hemiplegic limb motor function, and satisfaction between two groups of patients. After the intervention, the observation group's National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Barthel Index Rating Scale (BI), and Simplified Fugl Meyer Motor Function (FMA) scores were (12.37 ± 2.65), (43.81 ± 5.63), and (52.36 ± 9.01), respectively, which were better than the control group's (14.21 ± 2.43), (40.28 ± 4.54), and (45.25 ± 8.03) scores (t=5.126, -0.239, -2.45, all P<0.05); The total satisfaction score of the observation group patients was (90.05 ± 1.61) points, which was higher than the control group's (80.19 ± 1.62) points (t=-5.267, P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of an early rehabilitation nursing model led by stroke specialist nurses can effectively improve patients' limb dysfunction, enhance their self-management ability, standardize the early rehabilitation nursing workflow, and improve work quality.
