The advanta-ges of CTP are its availability, speed and the possibility of performing it in conjunction with angiographic studies. However, it has disadvantages derived from the use of ionizing radiation and iodinated contrast agent. We present different clinical entities that have been studied in our institution with CTP, where the technique has provided relevant information for diagnosis and treatment.
