Abstract

This investigation ́s objective is to understand the inga ́s indigenous community chance to achieve their sustainable development from good and services offered by The Tamauca River micro-basin, located in Santiago (Putumayo). The analysis is focused on the 4.186 Inga ́s population. For the analysis, some categories and sub categories were identified and their foundation are around three dimentions: environmental, social and economic. This axis guide the conception of development that the community has got about sustainable development. Before the field work, a deep and exhaustive bibliographic review was carried out, based on, Plan Salvaguarda 2013, Integral plan of life (Inga Manoy – Santiago 2004) and from the document “Building agenda 21 for Putumayo ́s development: A collective construction for Colombian amazon suatainable development”. At the same time, many authors related with the investigation were also consulted. In the work unit have been used semi-structured interview techniques and direct observation. These interviews are made in: Tonjoy, Arcanche and The Diviso (rural zone). San Luís Beltrán, Nazaret, Prpetuo Socorro (Urban zone). Also, the students that across the river Tamauca have been interviewed. The data analyzed perfectly reflects the INGA ́s community perception about sustainable development from their cosmovisión and their survival. This survival is found in the education, the scope of the chagras, sowing of foodstuff, streghtening ancestral knowledge about medicine, with oral trascendence, with nature ́s direct knowledge and all considered environment. In the Tamauca ́s river micro-basin are determined environmental goods (flora and fauna) and environmental services such as, water, weather, hidrography, scenic beauty, pollination, as well as those goods specified by the Ingas interviewed of: Provision services: fruits, medicinal plants and materials for handicrafts; cultural services: spirituality and landscapes, support services and regulation. The Inga community has a foundation of spirituality of the resources generated by its territory, it is a very intimate relationship in a rational manner. Finally, in the Inga ́s cosmology, it is considered that does exist a permanent and continuous link between society, nature and spiritual world.
San Luís Beltrán, Nazaret, prepetuo Socorro(市区)。
