Abstract
This is a narrative review based on published articles, using the following criteria: key words “ovarian dysgerminoma” and “MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)”; PubMed access; full-length English articles since inception to May 2023; original studies and case reports/series. Exclusion criteria were ovarian tumors other than dysgerminomas, non-English papers, nonhuman studies, and reviews.
