Abstract

ABSTRACT: The crown wasp Foenatopus hesperophagus Aguiar is recorded for the first time from Western parts of Iran, which is associated with xylophagous larvae, mostly Anthaxia sp (Col.: Buprestidae), collected on Pistacia vera (Anacardiaceae).
