Application of ISO9000 quality management systems in science &technology management in college

Abstract

Objective To establish a set of sound and scientific managing procedures and systems that conforms with the current needs and reform of the scientific research management methods. Methods Based on the current operation status of the scientific research management system in colleges of domestic universities, this paper expounds and analyzes the theory and method of holistic quality management from the perspective of ISO9000 quality management system. Results Bring in the holistic quality management idea into the fields of college management, especially cater to the science and technology management in college. Conclusions Provided a reference for bring in and comprehensive construction of ISO9000 quality management system in scientific research management in colleges at universities.
