According to the results of our study, there was no statistically significant difference in SP1 and SP3 expression levels between tumour tissues and non-tumour tissues (p>0.05), as well as no association with clinic pathological features of patients. In addition, a high positive correlation was found between the expressions of SP1 and SP3 genes in CRC (p=0.01). Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aimed to determine the expressions of SP1 and SP3 and the clinic pathological characteristics of patients, and the correlation between the expressions of SP1 and SP3 in colorectal cancer (CRC).
