Outcomes: The patient showed great improvements in walking speed, lower leg strength, flexibility, pelvic floor muscle strength, bone health, and some aspects of balance following a supervised 12-week mini-trampoline exercise intervention and 12-week follow up. Discussion: This article represents a case in which a mini-trampoline exercise intervention improved physical function and female-specific health risk factors in a postmenopausal woman who experienced a stroke 7 years ago.
