Hipotesis penelitian yaitu daya saing memiliki peran terhadap motivasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang pengemudi online di Kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel kuota. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala daya saing dan motivasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa daya saing memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap motivasi dengan nilai r=0,397; F=22,046 dan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Abstract

The purposes of this study is to determine the role of competitiveness toward online drivers’ motivation. The hypotheses of this study is the competitiveness has a role to motivation.
